Nov26th I started a 30 Day ALL WATER Challenge. Which means I will only be drinking Water NO JUICE NO TEA! I am Not Fasting Yes I eat Food.
I Do know that Drinking an Enormous Amount of Water (Gallons & Gallon over 3) In 1 Day in a short period of time can Kill you. I am Not doing that. I WOULD NEVER PROMOTE ANYTHING Harmful
